Shipping Information
for Home Food Delivery
We make delicious American artisan food for delivery to your home or
as a gift to someone of your choice by, usually, UPS. We use plenty
of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination
that helps to insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
And, we can get your package to you when you want it! When you place
your order, you will have the option to select your own date of home
delivery based on availability. As you finalize your order and select
your arrival date, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will
be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following
home delivery options:
Standard Home Delivery Shipping - Your package will arrive in
7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order. Please
review the shipping and handling rate schedule below.
Expedited Delivery - Your package will arrive in 2-3 business
days. There is an additional $12.00 charge for this service. Orders
placed after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday will arrive the following week.
Standard Overnight Delivery - Order by 9:00 a.m. (Central Time)
weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon.
Overnight Delivery is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday
through Saturday. There is an additional $24.00 charge for this service
($34.00 for Saturday delivery).
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry,
we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll
gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone
numbers.
International Delivery - Good Friends & Company will do our best

You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either

e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock
items for home delivery at a later date.

For shipping to Alaska please note: All orders requiring shipment to
Alaska must be made in advance--we have found it is super expensive
to ship to Alaska.
